Michael has been investing in and partnering with small- and medium- sized businesses for over 25 years. Prior to co-founding Wincove, Michael was a Partner at Hampshire Equity Partners, a NY-based private equity firm with approximately $1 billion of capital under management. There, he sourced, led, and successfully exited middle market investments. Michael began his career in the investment banking group of Alex Brown.

Michael received a Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, from Boston College. He lives with his wife and four children in the Boston area, where he is active in several non-profit and community-related activities.

John has 20 years of experience investing in and building middle-market companies, including several operating roles within portfolio companies. Prior to co-founding Wincove, John was a Vice President at Hampshire Equity Partners. At Hampshire, John was responsible for evaluating and executing potential investments, and managing portfolio company investments. He began his career in the investment banking division of Rothschild Inc.

John graduated from Georgetown University and earned an MBA from Columbia Business School. He lives in New York City with his wife and two children. He serves on the NYC Advisory Board of Back on My Feet, a charity that addresses homelessness through running.

Prior to joining Wincove, Sally spent seven years as the Director of Tax at Alcion Ventures, L.P., where she handled tax compliance, structuring, and planning for the firm’s funds. Sally began her career and spent several years at Deloitte and KPMG, where she focused on tax compliance and tax consulting for a number of large and mid-sized private equity funds and REITs.

She graduated magna cum laude from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and she is a licensed CPA in the state of Massachusetts. Sally lives in the Boston area with her husband and son.

Dan joined Wincove as an Analyst directly out of college and is currently a Vice President. Dan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting from Assumption College, where he was a member of the men’s lacrosse team.

Louis first started with Wincove in 2020 as an intern and officially joined as an Analyst a year later. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Minor in Spanish from the University of Virginia, and earned an MBA with High Distinction from Bentley University.

Prior to joining Wincove, Kaleigh was an Associate at KPS Capital Partners, where she focused on investments in industrial and manufacturing businesses. She began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Industrials Group at Citigroup, where she advised clients on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. Kaleigh graduated summa cum laude from Mercy University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Lauren previously worked as an Audit Senior Manager at KPMG, where she provided audit services to private equity, venture capital, hedge, and public mutual fund clients.  She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University and earned a Master of Science in Accounting from Northeastern University.

Morgan Morini joined Wincove in January 2026. She graduated cum laude from Coastal Carolina University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and minors in Marketing and Broadcast Journalism, where she served as President of her sorority. She previously worked in social media and marketing for the TB12 Foundation, Tom Brady’s nonprofit.

Henry started with Wincove as an Intern and officially joined as an Analyst a year later in 2024. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Minor in Business and Computer Science from Cornell University, where he was a member of the men’s lightweight crew team.

Hayden joined Wincove in 2024 as an intern and became a full-time Analyst the following year. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bucknell University and holds a Pro Board Firefighter I Certification in the state of Connecticut.

Immediately before joining Wincove as Executive Partner, Sean led the carve-out of Endeavor Robotics, a defense technology company, from iRobot, and its subsequent sale to FLIR Systems. He is a former Marine officer, McKinsey consultant, and U.S. Congressional candidate. 

Sean currently serves as Executive Chairperson at USBid, and as a Director of Adaptec, and was previously Executive Chairperson at Rhino ToolHouse. 

Sean graduated from Georgetown University and earned an MBA from the Wharton School. He also holds an additional graduate degree in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School. 

Ken is an Executive Partner at Wincove, and currently serves as Executive Chairperson at Purgo Holdings and Pump One.  Wincove initially partnered with Ken in the purchase of LAKOS Corp. (now a Purgo subsidiary) in 2018. 

Previously, Ken was CEO of Neptune Benson, Division President with Evoqua Water Technologies, and held several leadership positions with SPX Corporation. 

Ken graduated from Marquette University. 

Josh is an Executive Partner at Wincove. Josh is the Founder and former CEO of both Centerline Communications and Tower North Development, both Wincove portfolio businesses. He is currently Executive Chairperson of Centerline (acquired by Audax Private Equity) and a Board member of Tower North (acquired by Berkshire Partners). Josh has worked closely with the Wincove principals for thirty years.

Josh attended Boston College.

John McAlister has been working with the Wincove principals for twenty years, and currently serves as Executive Partner. His involvement with Wincove includes serving as CEO at ROM Corporation, Executive Chairperson at Connect-Air and GI Plastek, and Director of Integrated Warehouse Solutions, Hygrade and Rhino ToolHouse. His prior experience includes roles at portfolio companies owned by HM Capital Partners (f.k.a. Hicks Muse).

John attended the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, and subsequently served in the U.S. Army.

Rachel supports Wincove’s portfolio companies with ERP implementation, acquisition integration and technology-driven process improvement. She started working with Wincove in 2019 as CFO and CTO of Integrated Warehouse Solutions, where she led the integration of six ERP systems into one multi-site platform. Previously, Rachel held senior finance and technology positions at ID Technology – Pro Mach and Peterbilt-Paccar. She holds an MBA from Texas Wesleyan University and an Organizational Improvement certificate from the University of Texas. She is a Six Sigma Black Belt and high-performance driving education instructor.

Prior to joining Wincove, Alex enjoyed a 12-year professional hockey career. During that time, Alex served as a Player Representative with the NHL Players Association. Alex graduated from Harvard University, where he was Captain of the hockey team, and earned an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. He lives in the Boston area with his wife and four children.
