Wincove Private Holdings (“Wincove”) a private investment firm focused primarily on building market-leading industrial and infrastructure products & services companies, announced the final closing of Wincove Private Holdings II, L.P. (“Fund II”). Fund II secured total commitments of $300 million for its investment program and closed at its hard cap.
Fund II received commitments from a diverse group of global institutional investors, including leading endowments, foundations, family offices, and consultants. Wincove’s existing permanent capital entity, launched in 2016, made a significant commitment to invest alongside Fund II’s new investors.
