Huntsville, TX – September 1, 2026 – Wincove Private Holdings, LP ("Wincove") announced today that it has recapitalized and provided growth capital to The Jack Olsta Co. ("Olsta" or the "Company"). Wincove is partnering with existing owner John E. Olsta Jr., who will continue to lead the Company.

Olsta is a leading provider of chemical tank trailer leasing, sales, aftermarket parts, and services. The Company offers customers a comprehensive “ecosystem” of products and services, supported by a large fleet of readily available tank trailers and a longstanding reputation for quality and customer service. Tank trailers are used for both on-road transportation and stationary storage of chemicals, food-grade liquids, refined petroleum products, and specialty dry bulk materials, primarily by carriers and chemical producers.
