Wincove Announces the Sale of FIS Water, LLC to SPX Technologies, Inc.

Boston, MA – September 15, 2026 – Wincove Private Holdings, LP (“Wincove”) announced today that it has exited its investment in FIS Water, LLC (“FIS”) via a $410 million sale to SPX Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: SPXC) (“SPX”). 

In 2018, Wincove formed FIS by partnering with several water industry executives. FIS comprises a portfolio of well-established brands providing highly engineered water management and control solutions used primarily in commercial and industrial cooling applications. Its products help protect and optimize cooling systems by removing solids, maintaining water quality and controlling water flow, and serve customers in many demanding commercial and industrial environments.
